Terry Rozier was horrible for the Heat roster in the 2024-25 NBA season after he was acquired at the 2023 NBA Trade Deadline. The Heat sent a 2027 1st round pick to the Hornets to acquire Terry Rozier.

His current contract is for $26.6 million in the 2025-26 season, but only $24.9 million is guaranteed, which means if they just wave him they could free up 1.7 million right now to add to what they currently have to sign a center at the minimum.
