"Proven champions"? You mean bus-riders who could barely make the Playoffs as #1 options like AD and Kyrie? They're not good enough to compete in the West.
It's going to be Flagg trying to carry roleplayers built for Luka while AD and Kyrie ride the bench injured. Oh, and DLo is running your offense and getting targeted on defense. Lol.
Nothing screams "contented" like DLo running your offense and being the main point of attack defender on defense.
DLo is trash, definitely a bust considering he was a 2nd pick. He is just an average backup PG on his best day.
The team will never be healthy and has a very short window. Players like DLive are now significantly devalued on a team built around Luka's ball distribution. Bad decisions end badly. The longer they hold on to the assets they have the lower their value due to age and/or poor play w/ out Luka. Nico is locked into his decision so they really need to fire thet dude just to move the team forward.
This all still feels like a dream, I want my Slovenian back…

Good luck keeping all of them on the court every game. You got the king of glass and a point guard that isn’t playing at the very least half the season. Klay used to be an elite shooter. Not to be a downer but a rookie isn’t going to drag them to a finals like a Luka.
