  1. its really not that complicated. the rockets are ahead of schedule. they will have a ton of cap space in 2027 already and their young core will be ready then. KD is a stop gap. i hope he works out and houston wins, but this is just to keep them in contention while seguin and amen develop into stars.

  2. The lakers are irrelevant dumfuck theyre a model franchise what they were trying to show to the rest of the league was if youre a superstar and you come to lakers and win chip/s for us theyll repay you by still paying you through your aging careers just like theyre paying bron max money right now Jeanie bus even said it herself in an interview so they accepted if they were bad for the short time they wanted to show superstars around the league to not be scared to come to lakers

  3. I think a lot of us have forgot that a lot of players do start declining around mid 30 but the greatness we’ve seen consistently from guys like LeBron and Steph and kd have made us forget that

  4. There needs to be a new term besides "generational wealth". Tens of millions is one thing but over 100m? What bro? The amount of money being passed around nowadays is unthinkable

  5. 🧢 🧢 🧢 🧢 🧢 🧢 🧢 I'm around KD Bro leave KD alone like no he doesn't gotta problem with Houston at all!!!!! His contract isn't gonna be a problem…that's 🧢 stop with the hate on KD…whatever u claiming isn't true

  6. As a Houston fan, we shouldn't ruin our franchise by overpaying for him. Enjoy him for the season we will have him and if he isn't willing to take the cut then let him walk.

  7. Ohh the bubble where the best team (Bucks) decided to protest rather than play, and went home with zero interest. You mean that bubble? Yeah it should definitely count as 2. Mike, I have half a mind to unfollow you after that moronic take. 8:41

  8. Imagine turning up your nose and considering 50 million dollars a year a disrespect rofl. Considering he is in texas and will keep more of that money then almost anywhere else, just makes it that much more conceited

  9. I see no problem paying an aging super star especially when they invested 99% of their time and energy maintaining or trying to play their hardest for said teams! Kobe is a legend and having that man use his entire career with 1 single team is unheard of now! He paid with his body and soul, Lakers paid with their pockets! Now if that person is like Ben Simmons, then absolutely, that is a crime against practicality,!!😂😂

  10. He's just not worth it. It's not worth sacrificing so much flexibility for such a young team. Even if they are already in contention.

  11. He brings drama, stays on Twitter, and gets injured and he's not getting younger. He's a great player, but he's not a glue guy or a can't miss talent for a team that was 3rd in the west. Every team he's bullied into a contract, played gm, and then walked, has had to go into a rebuild. Why would an organization do that when they are younger, and the guy that does this may not even be around after a few season

  12. NBA players need to realize the days of everyone getting max money is over if LeBron couldn't get a max contract why does KD think he will get it to be honest

  13. Somebody is keeping Mike kidnapped.. somewhere in a cheap hotel.. and if you listen carefully he is giving us the hints to track him.. whoever knows where the man is, should call the Cops..

  14. KD does little to no training specifically, weight training! They don't push their joints and body to overloaded stress on their joints so anyone who puts additional weight on KD during a play, will land up hurting him the most! U have 2 players, one who weight lifts and puts his body under stress willingly so he will be capable to handle additional weight on his body and sustain less likely injuries. The other guys who do no weight training and get injured immediately the moment their body or joints are overloaded with additional weight. It's not hard to understand unfortunately weak people like KD ,who say training ruins his shooting abilities, will get hurt very easily. He has toothpick legs and arms.. any part of their body is overloaded, injuries will be imminent!

  15. These athletes get paid way to much money anyway , don’t care which sport or what they can do with Balls , No Diddy

  16. The Kobe contract was a thank you to him and no Laker fan even minded it what are you talking about

  17. In all fairness comparing a 36 year old contracts to 33 years old is night and day. They’re not even the same.

  18. It wasn't the hardest it was the easiest championship it counts as a half😂 if you ask him why he says it was the hardest it's because he didn't have his personal chef you can miss me with all that half the players didn't even want to be there

  19. Nope he is 36, a lot of these old players don’t realize you have no leverage ain’t no way I’m paying a 36 years old max contract for two years
