Yes, we need a new arena. When I look at the Clippers new home and the potential for the Mavs arena to be better, it hypes me up every time. I also love the fact that they plan to build an entertainment district around the arena. My hope is that it's built on the southside of downtown where they plan to build the NewPark district.
If the Mavs have to move to satisfy the Dumont/Adelson family then I'm glad Perot is helping the City of Dallas narrow down the locations. Otherwise, the new owners may just move the whole thing to Arlington in 2031.
As for AD he played only 51 total game last season which is right at his average over the last five seasons. Not top 10 or All NBA numbers. Luka averaged 64 over the same span. Way to go Nico.
