Are The Spurs Done With The Rebuild?
The San Antonio Spurs have gone through a rebuild the last few season and now the question is are the Spurs done rebuilding? Spurs should be ready to take some leaps into the actual growth of this roster.

Spurs need to turn their lead guard log jam into a top tier wing.
I think spurs and many fans expect playoffs this year. So if that is the expectation then yes the rebuild is over.
I expect playoffs this year. This would be a disappointing season if we dont make playoffs.

I dont have championship expectations yet. I think they're a year or two away from that. Im talking 2027 or 2028 season.
Our perimeter shooting doesn't concern teams at this point. Our guards do pretty much the same thing on offense – go to the basket with a score- first mentality. Someone has to be a facilitator for Wemby and any other cutter to the basket. We need a PG who dishes out 10-15 assists/game if we aren't hitting 3's efficiently. I'm beginning to feel we should have traded down in the draft and taken Tre Johnson. Then we would be spreading the floor and Wemby, Fox and Castle would have more room in the paint where they appear to function best.

Think spurs gonna keep building & they gonna keep adding 2 our dynamic defensive juggernaut powerhouse built from scratch might make some trades or pick up Free agents were gonna be ready 4 the playoffs we've added players that are gonna be ready now & 4 later know u can see it they're not gonna get rid of all there draft assets just cuz others don't have nothing!! Other than our 2003 Spurs, teams have needed a big 3 to win a ring. OKC just locked in their big 3, but it took Jalen Williams 3 years to develop.When the Spurs have developed a solid big 3, and have wisely built around them, they'll be ready to seriously contend.
