The thing people aren’t seeing is the capital the bucks could get if they package dame and Giannis in a trade they could get a bunch of young players and picks and they’d be in a fine spot.

For everyone dreaming about getting Giannis.. What you will need to offer is 2 to 3 good young players and 4 first rounders. Probably need to take dame off their hands as well.. It will take multiple teams to get this done.

The Spurs are not going to trade Castle. They're also not going to trade a huge bunch of picks. The Spurs' front office understands how the new CBA works. You need a couple of max stars and a mix of several quality rookie scale contracts and affordable veterans. The Spurs are not going to mortgage their future for a couple years of prime Giannis.
