AD is more versatile but rudy "might" be a better rim protector but AD is a better defender overall… for exemple AD defending luka (or any guard) would be a better option but rudy would be better against a big man.
I think the one defender better than AD is Draymond. The elite versatility to be able to guard 1-5 with ease is just wayyyyy too good. I think that Draymond was as important to evolving defense as Curry was to evolving offense

Watching Gobert play, it seems like his stats are inflated because he gets cooked as much as he makes an impact
