Indiana Pacers Tyrese Haliburton Speaks at Youth Camp | First Interview Since Injury with Indy Media

Tyrese Haliburton hosted his fourth annual youth basketball camp with ProCamps in central Indiana on Aug. 23. The camp had to be pushed back due to his recovery from a torn right Achilles tendon, which he suffered in Game 7 of the NBA Finals.

The camp was held at Pacers Athletic Center in Westfield, Ind. The rookies and several of the young Pacers assistants helped serve as camp coaches. There were more than a dozen individuals from the team there — including general manager Chad Buchanan, Jenny Boucek, Jannero Pargo, Isaac Yacob, T.J. McConnell, James Johnson and the rookies.

This was Haliburton’s first interview with local reporters since his injury. The team did not do exit interviews for the first time in several years.
