In his first year with the Hurricanes moved on from GM and Head Coach. He then replaced them with internal hires. He likes the idea of discovered value.
If Cronin’s moves this offseason pan out and Chauncey continues to improve his W/L. I would hope Mr Dundon is cool enough to let things ride, at least until their contracts are up. His previous internal hires give some hope there.
Seems like JC and CB’s jobs might hinge on making and performing well in the playoffs in a more real way than before.
