Bub has a soft lesbian body. He needs to develop a strong pick and roll game with Sarr but doesn't seem to have the instincts or physical tools for it. Just invest in AJ and run our offense at warp speed. AJ is an athlete. Bub is not. Invest in the raw talent first. I'd rather coach up AJ to slow down than coach up Bub to speed up. A disciplined AJ is going to pair well with Sarr. Our pgs need to unlock the pick a d roll with Sarr, getting our big man easy buckets. Bub can't penetrate the paint, AJ can.
I like Bub but he ain't a starting pg. I bet he has titties. He's so soft. He's not breaking down any defenses with his current skillset and/or mentality. AL'S raw physical prowess has the potential to be a problem for any defense. He needs mentoring for his archtype.

Hire John Wall & Gortat as consultant on how to run the pick and roll. AJ & Sarr have so much potential together.
