  1. This is why I don't like hearing all ads talk about basketball there's one person who is a multiple time champion that stands out for me his name is Klay Thompson

  2. It is almost ironic how similar Allan Houston and Ray Allen were. That is actually the case for their personality, their perimeter shooting ability, their calmness on the court, and their unexpected athleticism in attacking the basket.
Peace to both Allan Houston and Ray Allen.

  3. wow!! this brings back memories. Forgot about Allan Houston…..SHOULD never be forgotten. Great tribute!! Nice clips. HE was SMOOTH, calculated, deadly

  4. Solid SG player. On Steve Smith type level. A little under Glenn Rice, Reggie Miller, Mitch Richmond type players

  5. When Kobe was drafted I started watching basketball and Houston and the Knicks were the first team I watched play. Then I went down the NBA rabbit hole and literally got addicted to the NBA 😂. I had the NBA classic channel that back in the 90's would play old games and old playoff series 24/7. My television stayed on that channel, I've watched more old basketball than most fans my age.

  6. He was so generally reserved that that air punch in the 99 playoffs eliminating the Heat felt like blew the arena up like the Joker. It was so out of character (and yet, so in character) for him that seeing it was almost jarring! I'm geeked right now seeing it, over 25 years later!

  7. How nice was he? In my Q-Tip voice, " Yo that kid was Nice". Jumper was wet before Book's J(catch that?). He could do it all. You didn't want to leave him open.

  8. Actually, Larry Johnson was also pure scorer. New York should've at gone to the finals but Jordan was in the East.

  9. Id say he compares to a prime klay in todays game.. he didnt need alot of dribbles to get to his spots and score.. he wasnt as good a shooter as klay but still very very good but he was more athletic

  10. Allan Houston, Steve Smith, Mitch Richmond, Glen Rice Etc…… All Were Buckets & All Would've Did Great In This Era

  11. One of the best Shooters off the dribble going to his right….

His percentages dropped heavily going left

  12. As soon as the Knicks signed him, that huge contract he got injured. I couldn't stand this guy, I'm a Knicks fan 💯

  13. He was a household name before I started watching, those guys are usually pretty tough from the things I hear
