The NY Knicks starting lineup is a "mystery".
We will see from the first to the last preseason games.
HC Mike Brown will set the right lineup by the end of the preseason.
We will see the real Knicks lineup to the start of regular season.
The Knicks need to start Kat and Robinson. It makes too much sense. That is the Knicks most balanced lineup with offense and defense. The Knicks will have size and length at the 2, 3, 4 and 5 positions. Mikal and OG can go back to their natural position and we can match up better with the top teams. The last few years, the top NBA teams have two bigs in their starting lineup and Mitchell Robinson defense is what we need to set a defensive tone during the start of games.

Brusnon, deuce bridges annouby kat, clarkson hart, yabu Mitch and 10th man will be final roster spot signing with the 11th man being one of tje sophomores from last year rookie class I think Mike brown goes to a 5 out offense to start of the year that could best maximize the offense and maybe the defense as this team is a offensive oriented team
So you think starting hart or Mitch is going to best maximize the offense of this team hell no starting deuce will make this team a top 3 offense
Why can’t they start deuce to lean into a backcourt that has elite shooting. I get it the size isssues but brusnon and deuce have one the best two man lineup on the team in the regular season and playoffs it gives us another shooter elite one a ball handler and a POA defender
If they sign shamet then I could seem him being the 10th man off the bench
I may be advocating for deuce to start because I truly believe that if we Start deuce we could have a top 3 offneee in the league and be a top 13 defense in the league if Mitch and Og could stay healthy.
Also the pros outweigh the cons size and rebounding issues are the only concern and I’m not listing the pros they are way more pros than are cons

Try are you not concerned starting Mitch and the him getting injured and if he don’t play back to backs that those 13 games that he don’t play the chemistry of the starting 5 could be a lil messy

We already knew these lineups but it should definitely be a 10 man rotation to be honest, all of the starters need rest, 9 man rotation means somebody won't be resting like that. Don't have enough to go 10 deep? Lol what is James on, we got Huk, we also got Kevin, Mohamed, Kolek, Pacôme plus whoever we sign, hopefully Shamet like come on, I can see them shining on a bench role after a month or two.
Kat needs to play PF, we can't have him giving out silly fouls on the regular. We should go 11 deep, you right, we shoulda did that last year *death staring at you Thibs*.
So if we go double big(which seems to be the best lineup BUT Mitch needs 20 total minutes or he'll get injured) that means we'll have JC, Hart, McBride, Yabusele on the bench, I like the sound of that, got two vets in JC & Hart out there with the guys, McBride isn't scared of big moments, Yabusele a beast so we know he ready. I like this bench unit, long as McBride can give us 10, along with everybody else & we'll get 40 bench points, not to mention if it's a 10 man rotation with whoever we sign.
This season should be the best season for the Knicks in almost 35 years!
The 5th starter should be fluid throughout the whole season. It should depend on availability, who they’re playing and circumstances.
Also, don’t start Robinson in back to backs.
Who starts is not important. Who finishes is what counts!
