  1. Legler said the words "On paper this defense can be top 5." On paper. On the court, we saw Zubac go 11 for 11 and the Clippers score 80 points in the paint and AD was playing. Then, we saw Luka drop 45-9–7-4 on a Dallas squad that was only missing Kyrie. When Dallas won its championship they were #1 in offense. Also, Kyrie wont be right for two full years. If he comes back, he will be 70% this year and probably 90% at the beginning of next year. I do miss seeing Kyrie and Luka playing together though.

  2. Defensive line up of Flagg, Washington, Davis and lively is a night mare for opponents. Both inside and on the perimeter. I don't think even Mavs fans understand that magnitude of those elements together on the court

  3. People talk like Russell will plat 48 min games and never miss a night. What will the offense be like in the 18 min a night he is sitting? The whole games he misses?

  4. This Dallas roster is built like First round exit Orlando Magic or Houston Rockets. Possibly top5-10 defense in the regular ssn but gets exposed in the playoffs because offense is not enough

  5. Dallas believes the Mavs may be lucky even if theyre all healthy , AD and Kyrie to win maybe 20 games bc Dallas Mavs fans know their B ball!!!! Even when healthy apparently theyre going to suck.

  6. Is there any team in the NBA that has a bench of BWilliams Christi Naji Washington and DLive/Gafford? Don’t want to get into a lot of what ifs or favoritism of players I just want a pure observation of benches around the league and give this an honest assessment. 1-5 is there a better bench unit in the NBA? Get away from assuming who starts and focus on the bench players. I don’t think there’s a better bench than what the Mavs have right now. That bench can defend at a high level also.
