I love the ingenuity and the ability to make due with less but the comment section of this post just shows how stupid and blind some people are. Just because some kid went and bought a couple carabiners, some resistance bands and tied them around a few stacks of the wood flooring his pops has sitting out in the garage absolutely does not mean he could have a career in engineering. ๐๐๐ Some people are so brainless. What he did isn't rocket science nor is it hard to figure out how to do. I mean…a simple google search for "diy vertimax" or "diy jump training" or shit…..even "how can I use common items at home to help me jump higher" and it would lead you directly and I mean DIRECTLY to what he did. If you don't believe me, then do it and see for yourself. The requirements of engineering and the schooling it takes to become an engineer is no joke. This just spits in the face of anyone who actually puts in the work to become one or has ACTUAL potential. People really stretch their imagination these days. Anyone seen that young man who uses recycled plastics to convert them into gasoline through a heat intensive refinement process that he built by himself at home with less than 1000 dollars in supplies and several months of work? Now THAT is a true engineer in the making. Not this. Lmao. Pull yo head out yo ass and quit talking fairytale nonsense to our at risk youth and feeding them false hope by sending them to walmart to get a pair of shoelaces, some bubblegum, a roll of tin foil and half a mango so you can tell them it should have created a flux capacitor instead of burning down half of the guest house that gam gam lives in and let you run your silly little bill nye lookin ass neil Tyson degrassi ramblin ass goofy science experiments that go nowhere but land you in jail for arson ๐๐๐๐๐๐
YEAH THAT'S RIGHT I JUMPED TO ALL SORTS OF RIDICULOUS CONCLUSIONS SO THAT NOW MAKES TWO OF US BOIIIII
Please….Tell me I am absurd and making ridiculous stretches so I can agree with you and tell you that was my whole entire point because you were doing the same damn thing in saying this kid who spent 5 minutes in walmart after looking up something on google for 20 seconds is the next fUtUrE fUcKiNg pRoDiGaL nASSa rOcKEt bOi lookin ass scientist
Decent idea until ur knee start feeling like ur 80… maybe just doing heel raises with this setup to build the calf muscles for jumping, would b better. But still gotta love the drive to improve physically
Great job little fella such a smart young man to be so young and youโre very handsome young man, ๐ Might I say keep doing what youโre doing one day you may be a great inventor and make a lot of money or a great athlete. Iโm wishing you all the success in this world.

Kids got dreams. Next thing you know weโll see this video in 10 years when heโs drafted.
Doing squats is a lil simpler no?
This kid going places ๐๐ผ wish em all the best in the world โค he focused on the right thing, good job mom. Lets see him make it to the league
If I try this one of those bands gonna snap and hit me right in the dic

This what you want your child to do! Succeed at all costs, no matter what!

Yes but his guy is an engineer, Iโve seen 3 other videos with the same type of contraption. Yโall are so dumb lol
I still have Vertimax nightmares from high school, but I promise you after just one workout with it you feel improvement
I can feel the pain of them snapping
Career as an engineer cuz he can hook up a bungee cord lol. The bar is so low for them ๐
Maybe attach them in your back. Just in case..
This kid jas determination. Keep going young man.
People saying he should be a engineerโฆ. Gang this is basic setting shit up
You need to fix it so the elastics if they break, you don't end up singing no high notes you know what I'm saying
Keep it up kid. Never quit. โค
Yeah this is dope
