  1. To answer the question, no…. Not with this poorly built roster around him, playing next to two other point guards, not one 3 and D player, not one rim protector.. Ayton didn’t average a block last year ..

  2. I love Luka Doncic, I mean I really love him he not a good as Lebron James still right now he a phenomenal once in a lifetime generational type of player but he is not as good as Lebron James and in order for them to win a championship he's going to have to realize that. If he wants to be better he's going to have to get much better on the defensive end and take it extremely personal on how he approaches defending and locking down who ever he's guarding. He's also going to have to become a better finisher by dunking more and making tough layups because playing alongside Lebron James the most hated athlete to ever walk the earth he's going to have finish though contact because like last years playoffs he got a taste of how other players playing alongside Lebron James stopped getting the calls they use to get because the refs hate on him so much and take it out on him and his teammates by not calling the game fair. He's also going to have to learn how to communicate with the refs if he feels like they missed a call to often he gets so mad and distracted by bad calls that he doesn't get back and play defense and he gets so angry he loses focus and starts not making the right play if he does that then he has a chance to to be just as good as Lebron James and together with the current team that they have constructed can win a NBA championship.

  3. Luka shouldve been MVP in 2024. I know all the Lakers pundits are scared of Jokic and traumatized same with the fanbase but he doesnt have an MVP because no one was paying attention to Dallas. Luka scored 73 and they got mad those same people were voters. MVP discourse is cooked when SAS and a guy who voted for Sabonis as a DPOY are among the voters.

  4. I wish all of the media would stop shock reporting. And report the news or talk about the news. Not lies. Because if didn't start buying out players the conversation would be what it was when LeBron made his statement. They got lucky and moves were made. And once again Palinka ass.

  5. I didn't realize y'all had Skip Bayeless Kemezki on here. I stopped watching Locked on Lakers all they have is LeBron propaganda 😂

  6. I like Andy Kamenetzky better ol LakeShow than on Locked on. I just don't like the chemistry he has w / his brother. Anyone else get this? I haven't heard him on ESPN Anyone get this with that contrast, too?

  7. Luka was a plus defender when mavs went to finals for entire playoffs if you look at the def stats he had some collapses but alot more good def plays than bad.

  8. I want another championship, Luka as the MVP is neither here nor there. It would be great, but it shouldn’t be the repeated focus of the Lakers media. Also Luka, needs to make adjustments to his game to become unpredictable. Maybe play off ball. Maybe pass the ball in the 1st half of the game instead of scoring 23 pts in the first half and 6 points in the second half while giving up 25 points on the defensive end. Maybe don’t curse out the refs and cry for calls that gets us in trouble. Those things have to change, I want him to be the FMVP that’s the MVP that I care about, he has a lot to do to get there. He has to lead !!!!

  9. Espn always makes stupid predictions because they have dickheads like tim bontimps making stupid predictions

  10. The Kamenetzky brothers and Pete Zayas are the elite when it comes to talking Lakers basketball unlike the drama/rumor king Trevor Lane!

  11. I will say this about Luka Doncic if he comes to this season in shape and plays great the Lakers will be a problem for real

  12. Kleber is washed, dude is not NBA player anymore, Dallas destroyed him by playing him at center and he got hurt badly and has never recovered and never will….he should not be expected to play, that is just crazy!

  13. Can we just drop all this MVP shit?
It's like 90% of my fellow Lakers fans forgot that it is not an individual award (although it should be) and it never was.

Our team is not good enough for Luka to win MVP.
    Also
The criteria for a Laker to win it these days is higher than any other team
