The Clippers are my team, I bleed the colors, but if this is true they need to be punished to the fullest extent. This is just bad for basketball

I think the punishments could be so severe to the point of being unprecedented. It could be more than just taking away draft picks, fines, GM/ownership suspension and voided contracts. They could go as far as to having Clippers forfeit a whole season, which has never happened before, but because of the "It's the Clippers" meme, anything can be on the table.
Now the Clippers are forced to win a title, just to make all this go away. Talk about it being their last chance – they are the oldest team in NBA history after all – they have to be on their ultimate best behavior. No technical fouls, no flagrant fouls, no ejections. Any on-court misconduct like a fight/brawl with ejections may do nothing but confirm they engaged in the salary cap circumvention. This is a Mortal Kombat season for Clippers now; everything's on the line.

Am I the only one who doesn't care? I assume this happens all the time, most teams are just not dumb enough to get caught. Plus, Silver is not Stern. They'll investigate and if anything happens, it'll be a slap on the wrist. It'd be shocking if he actually lays down the law.
