The question is, if Lebron and Luka were on the bench, would you feel comfortable with AR leading the floor. Not just holding, but actually controlling the floor and bringing them over the top to a win? I'm not talking about AR on a hot day, but on a regular day, which is what you have to go by.

Trading AR at this point would be absolutely braindead. Unless you’re bringing back multiple unprotected first round picks or someone who is a clear upgrade offensively and Defensively at the guard position, who is comfortable playing off ball. Not to mention making a deal work financially w/o completely depleting your roster to do it. Good luck with that.

If the pick is unprotected we have to do it. With the Kings it could be a top 3 pick. At worst it would be a big trade chip. We would have 4 tradable picks next summer.

We have to trade Austin while his value is high because he’s a bad fit alongside Luka. If we going to build around Luka then we have to go all in. This may include seeing what we can get for LeBron. LeBron has to approve the trade and his contract is hard to trade.
If Giannis was available then Luka becomes available not just LeBron.
