The Clippers owner should be forced to sell the team – that would keep this kind of stuff from going on.
I didn’t want KD, but I’m cool with it now. I just hope my personality concerns are not realized. Also, we’re all just pretend pretending like he won’t get hurt. That being said, I’m really looking forward to the season and if the players the Rockets drafted develop properly, KD won’t be the most important thing.

This game was better than any NBA game I ever watched. The game lead swayed 12 times! High pace, highly tactical, extremely competitive and player by incredibly talented players.the FG percentage was mu lch higher than NBA which makes every shot a lethal thread.
I needed two hours to lower my dopamine levels after the game.

First of all, 28 million over 4 years is not half of a max contract. It's 7 million a year which isn't even the room exception. Second, a player doesn't have to make shoes to be endorsed by Adidas. It's the name that the sponsor is buying. Not tree planting. Third, 3s for trees is a thing I've seen it advertised during games. Maybe not Leonard's sponsor but teams do contribute to these "save the planet"virtue signaling feel good initiatives. Finally, the fine for a first infraction of the cap is 4.5 million. Not the death of the team.. And people need to get over the decades old racist comments of a former owner recorded during pillow talk by a woman scorned. That slate was wiped clean when the team was sold.
For us in Turkiye, he was never Baby Jokic. He was always Alperen. Turkish League MVP at the age of 18. We always had full confidence in him, even when he stepped on US Soil. Even when ignorant Silas butchered him under "LOB THREAT". Last year, he was the victim of Wemby nonsense vibe, which caused him All-NBA Team.

Turkish National team built around Sengun and plays according to that setting, I don't see Rockets playing like them for the next year so we will never see Sengun in the MVP race in '26

If you watched the game, you know in pick and roll situations when the ball handler was trapped by Sengun, he touched the ball in almost every single defensive possession. He is really grown into that defensive role and it saves a ton of time with the ball handler trying to reestablish the control of the ball. Not to mention the offensive leaps that he has taken, he is an MVP candidate in the making at the age of 23.
I believe KD and Alpi will achieve great success this season. Alpi needed a companion in Houston, and the team provided that. So, we shouldn't be surprised if we see a new champion this season.

Everyone already knows Jokıç's quality, but Alperen Şengün was so dominant on the field that he gave people confidence and happiness as if he were "like GANDALF coming at the dawn of the 5th day".
