It's crazy how a single move can reshape the entire trajectory of football convo. Until yesterday, it was 17th-place Spursy. Look at today, in my opinion, from an investor's pov, Spurs are probably the most attractive opportunity in the footballing world that's available. Massive fan base in the capital city, playing in the biggest, most viewed league in the world, established infrastructure, brand, and crucially brings in a lot of revenue and is financially liquid, which means it doesn't have the issue that Newcastle faces with FFP. Insane opportunity.

New ownership does not mean things will get better, we've seen examples.
I'm a liverpool fan, and I see this as something that mirrors liverpool(in the final few years under klopp)/arsenal(in the latter stages of the wenger era). They've kind off held themselves back because of redirecting finances into other avenues, stadium and training facilities, and levy took the hit with bad rep from fans (same with fsg and wenger). I almost had that same sort of thinking with fsg not backing klopp to maintain the high level of the squad.
Now they in a v strong position to kick on and fight at the top of the pl and maybe european football. If they get a proper guy in to replace levy and invest well, they could be scary in one or two years. That would be scary for the likes of newcastle and villa who have been trying to break into the top 4/5 the last few years and even city if they don't solve their troubles and also replace pep properly.
