Big difference between sports owners doing 'wink wink nudge nudge' deals with locals for their players and Ballmer balling out tossing around literal hundreds of millions dollars around so that he can pay a player's uncle 30 million. Ballmer is rich far beyond the level of every other owner in the NBA; he could nearly buy out the entire NBA.
