How Good Is Deni Avdija Actually?

How Good Is Deni Avdija Actually?

Deni Avdija has quietly become one of the NBA’s most underrated young forwards. From his rise in Israel to his breakout with the Trail Blazers, Avdija’s all-around game is starting to turn heads.

But just how good is he really?

  1. After watching him go on a scoring run early in the season last year against the Cavs I was already telling everyone, this is going to be the best Israeli player ever in the NBA. I could see it that night, obvious no one has had that package before.

  2. AI-written bot video forgot to mention that Deni is on THE BEST contract in the NBA, descending in salary each year. Deni and Dame is about to be a thing.

  3. its a shame that hes hitting his prime and becoming an all star talent right as Israelis are becoming global pariahs. Amazing player that might be overlooked or tainted by his home country at the moment. Hes basically Hedo Turkuglu x Manu Ginobilli

  4. Looking at the 24-25 season as a single piece is mistaking.
His post All Star period was nothing less than amazing

  5. Always wanted him to Boston. Especially the value Wizards traded for him. Boston would've had 3 switchable wings

  6. You didn't talk about the most important thing from last season, His start of the season was poor, which lead to lower figures at this overall stat. However, since about December he performed at an all star level, with numbers to back it up. He torched teams with an almost one man offense, and was Portland's best player by a mile. Great things are about to come for and from him.

  7. Great video! I enjoyed watching your breakdown, thanks for the analysis and go Deni! 🎉

  8. you need to realize that a white European player comes into his own physically years after your west african ancestry player. Look at dirk' at jokic, at Doncic Pau gasol. There is a difference in physical maturation between caucasian and africans. Its advantegeous in hoops, its detrimental in swimming.

  9. The regular season in the nba its a sad joke, if they let him play from the start and not just thinking about thanking like all most 50% present of the leauge he probobly be alout better then he was.
he play pro since age of 16, he got 2 or 3 gold from eurobasket youth, he play euroleauge, a leage people actuly play to win.
he sign in an organiztion(wizareds) that play to lose and he come from a tredtion of winning games.
    The regular season extra soft.
stop the bullshit about how great is the nba.

if he was more like the playmaker he is and the stars try to play a smart play's the guys that play for contract culd score in a higher % and get the money 2.

  10. Always laugh at those trade proposals people put out with Deni in them, always proposing the blazers just give him away for peanuts. Ha

  11. It's obvious that Portland really believe in Avdija to be their leader in the locker room, while being the best best forward and bigman of the team, camara top notch defense will allow Deni to focus even more on offense next year, while the second or even first go to shooter is Sharpe, and while Holiday and Damian mentor Scoot… Deni is the best all around player in that team, and Portland want him to be even better

  12. Deni is proving he's a legit first option in th future

the Wizards prefer to give the keys to others and hold him back

the Blazers was waiting for someone like him

and when they had their chance they jumped on it

much respect for their Basketball knowledge

    they knew what they want

now Deni is on a whole other level

once he was handed the keys

he took it and from their… now – THE SKY IS THE LIMIT

    this dude is SPECIAL

the Blazers will benefit from it

Deni has the ceiling to be to 20 players in the NBA

and this is only the beginning

if he will keep improving in this rate

improve he's mid range game he will be the total package

    he's going that way

this dude game had NO HOLES

size speed ball handeling scoring assists defence basketball IQ

    Blazers won the trade

my god – Wizards that was the dumbest trade i've seen in a long time

Billups know what he's got and he will give him the keys

    now it's up to Deni

    and that dude is HUNGRY

    good move Blazers

    very good decision

now we can all just enjoy this dude potential being fulfilled

  13. I seen this guy on locked on nba saying this player or that player is better that deni nope deni is a more complete ball player period

  14. Stats are nice and all, but most importantly, Deni is a winner. He grew up in the most competitive club in Israel, where losing is simply not an option, and it shows in his game. He will always make the winning play that is best for the team, even at his expense. That's why he is such a diamond in this league.
