Aaron can sit, rest, be fresh and focused on what he`s best at, and Adelman can play with 3-4 super-strong lineups – while giving Jokic some time off. I just hope Watson and Strawther will be ready for next yeat – and holmes can quickly find himself.

I've got nothing but love and respect for JV, fantastic pro, good fella. But… we can't act like this is an absolute lock to take the nuggets back to the finals. It's an obvious upgrade over Saric and Nnaji, but that is quite possibly the easiest bar to clear in NBA history. There are going to be matchups where JV has a big advantage and can put up big numbers, but there will be times, especially in the playoffs, where he is going to get played off the floor. If I had to guess Aaron Gordon will still get the majority of the back up 5 minutes in the playoffs,
If Jonas can keep Jokic down around 32-33mpg during the regular season and save him about 5 games worth of wear and tear throughout the year, I’m picking Denver to win the title easily this year
When i heard KCP and Bruce Brown join, i said these guys will win the champ, and i watched ALL their games that year. Barkley kept saying all yr theyre gonna win it that year too. When I said they need to trade Murray last year, Barkley also said the Nuggets needs to get greedy and now waste Jokic's prime. This summer, all these trades, I still really am not impressed (probably bc I hate Murray's contract, it's also a massive sin they did not pay Westbrook). I just heard Barkley say the Nuggets are playing catch up mode this year and it's already too late.
I'm not feeling the same feeling I had when Bruce and KCP joined the team. Imo, Jamal's contract sucked the life out of this team winning. If only what Jokic said was real, "In my country, if you don't play well or do well at work, you get less pay".
Dude any player in league knows that playing with Jokic it's easy, you will be a contender and if they trade you afterwards you'll get PAID. There's no downside. Denver is the clear favourite to win it all
