Mailbag: What's the most unlikely lineup, that still has the chance to be successful vs 1 or 2nd teams
Question for mailbag- is the coaching staff too inexperienced? I would feel a little better about the coaching staff if we had one more coach who had years of NBA coaching experience. Someone like Nate McMillan comes to mind.
Hope Cam is working out his body this off season(muscle). Playing for Denver, with all the hype, he will be tested.
The other thing i feel going overlooked is the fact that we dont have a known defensive team identity. That matters. Im unclear as to whether they will have one. They have a player or two that are good individual defenders brought in but to "assume" defense will be the main thrust, could be premature. And we NEED that. Why are we talking championship if we dont have a coach that is known for preaching and showing defense?

what could be the biggest worry that would hamper the season and cause it to be below expectations? injury, chemistry, schedule timing/density, coach or west does extra well overall?
I think Jokic is gonna be KILLER mode this season (more than the usual) and I believe Jamal is gonna get the hint to come into shape and with a chip on his shoulder again because of how the playoffs have gone over the past 2 seasons and the new staff that isn’t gonna be caping for him like Malone. I’m rooting for Daron Holmes to have a bit of a breakout as well. He’s coming off a serious injury but I hope he can do well if AG or Big Val is out.
