So, let me get this straight, Ballmer creates a shell company to pay KL2 and circumvent the salary cap, which is exactly what the sources from inside the organization have confirmed to Torre, and out of left field one of Ballmer's billionaire buddies who would have ZERO knowledge of the shell company or the situation is willing to speak on his behalf.
I can't put into words how big of a piece of shit Cuban has to be to pretend he's able to be a credible witness one what Ballmer didn't do. I typically like Cuban, but to just blindly pretend to know that Ballmer didn't do this is objectively idiotic. I’m sure this is not the only fraudulent transaction that’s happened in the NBA specially after the new CBA agreement regarding the new rules designed to shackle the big markets.
