LeBron before 2021-2022 played through damn near every injury possible which is why he very rarely had a season under 70 games.

  6. If Bron ever has one thing that nobody in the history of the sport will probably replicate even after he’s gone, it’s his body.

    That man is inhuman when it down to it. No major sickness, no career altering injury, no lingering injuries, no nothing. The amount of times this man has even gotten sidelined for a minor injury can probably be counted by hand, which is just insane for a player of his caliber and how long he’s played.

    Him and Stockton are probably the two players I’m most enamored by just on a physical level.

This kid Kyle was like oh my God Mikey2 rolled his ankle and like they’re all like just sit out like like we need you for next game blah blah blah so I tighten my sneaker like right away, and I started jogging around the gym all the dudes like damn like if that was me I would be icing that and this and that I was like no once you take the sneaker off, it’s gonna swell even worse I was like good one to try to. I’m on time, my sneaker and take it off to help me out I said no no don’t do that so I typed in my sneaker I jog around the gym. I come back like oh my God he’s like same speed and everything it’s like I don’t know what it is not. I’m not trying to say I’m the best one like whatever but for some reason like I see these dudes, get little ankle injuries and stuff or bad ankle and Jerry. I could show you pictures of my new I got a bone popped out. The doctors don’t even know what it is. I thought it was Cartilage But they don’t even know but like it’s just weird I was one of them people that no matter what I always kept going and I would run 100 miles an hour like dude like came from different schools and they’re like I heard you’re fast my cousin told me you’re fast and then he was sticking. My grandma Rubano take off and he was like wow they told me you’re fast Boy I didn’t know you were there fast and then he was like are you have black like he was joking with me, but it was just funny like like I used to say like I think sometimes when they do the stretching and a stretch like different angles and stuff I think that’s what makes the tendons, rupture and stuff because I never stretch like them and I stretch here and there but like I never stretch like this way that way whatever but I think when they stretch like that and then you know I don’t know it’s just something about it. I think it has to do it like how people roll their ankles or they’re out for so long and the tendon stretch because first off you’re stretching a lot so that stretches the tendons already so sometimes you don’t need to stretch all that all that like you could just stretch a little like I don’t stretch like 45 minutes or a half hour I’ll search for like five minutes I might ride a bike or something for like 20 minutes sometimes it gets to get my legs warm and I used to do my legs twice a week once Light and once heavy But that’s cool LeBron LeBron’s built different white he got a body like a tank
