The ball seems to be more lively off the rim, Sam, in EuroBasket and a fair number of boards would go out of bounds as people weren't grabbing hold of it.
CBA management changed league-wide this summer; no one was overspending. The Cs got a title with him and Jrue, so… win.
Jack you almost had me doing some Google searches man. I thought they lost that game. I was like he scored that many points and they won then I would’ve been upset.
Honestly, that’s what makes it so sketchy for me is the fact that he came back and was fine for months. Then the playoffs show up and all of a sudden he’s sick again. I’m not one for conspiracy theories, but I’m starting to think this guy might not be built for the playoffs, mentally or physically
I feel like KP was the worst rebounding 7’3” big man I’ve ever seen on the Celtics. His inability to rebound was astonishing at the NBA level for someone who is that tall
So I don’t think comparing KP’s trade value to his prior trades is really fair. He had never helped a team win a championship before that… People think Simon’s trade value was going to go up just by scoring on the Celtics. KP won title with the Celtics and was a huge part of a few games that run. I think if you let him play this tournament, you would’ve gotten something in return. He is a champion now. He was not when you traded for him.
I know someone is going to reply and say KP isn’t available (55 games played a season), but I continue to think the Celtics should have held onto KP simply because elite stretch bigs are still unicorns and he is basically the same age as JB. Anyways, I am trying to turn the page and this one still hurts.
I love Kristaps, and I will always appreciate what he did here in Boston.
Ignore Kristaps…he FAILED
What are you talking about? Valančiūnas wasn't enough for KP. He played 10 minutes. What are these jenkies? And why are they talking about basketball?
You guys sound like a bitter ex now
