    I wouldnt mind if Jb really wanted to. He has won us a chip. I:d just make sure we get a good return like: jalen johnson, zach risacher, 1 of dyson daniels or vit krejci and picks.

    He increases his production when JT isn't there cuz he gets more shots. He handles the ball more. The telling stat there is the low APG. When JT is there JT distributes the ball much better and the offense is way better.

    I don't think they can move JB even if JB and Celtics wanted it unless Celtics were willing to eat some of his 57m/y salary, in which case it wouldn't be worth moving him. The principal benefit from trading him would be to get out from under his contract. If that was doable, I think it would have happened already.

    Hawks have all kinds of young talent including a good young center, Okongwu [sp?]. If they could get him a/o Daniels a/o Johnson and maybe a pick or two that would be wonderful, but it's just too good to be true. Why would the Hawks go for it? Why give up their terrific young core for a player with a huge contract and just had part of his meniscus removed. Love to see it, but the Hawks would have to be insane to do it.

    It's time for Celtics Nation to overcome its denial. The Cs are in full tank mode. The didn't sign Bassey cuz he could help them immensely in the forcourt. The won't trade Simons for Vucevitch because he could help us win a few more games. They paid thru the nose to dump Niang who could also help us. The Cs aren't trying to win, THEY ARE TRYING TO LOSE and build a team good enough to contend when and if JT returns to form.

    "He loves Boston, he's a Bostonian for life." How the hell do you know that, Smitty? Maybe he does/will be, but what is he supposed to say? "I really hate Boston and can't wait to get the hell out of here." Only he knows how he feels.
