Tyler Kolek would be a perfect fit on the Nets. They should look into that.
So you think Mike brown is going to lean more into defense than offneee and mind you he is offensive coach but still has strong defensive principles. Starting Mitch helps defensively I’m going starting deuce cuz he gives you that elite spacing and his ability to defend off the screen is way better than mikal which also helps mikal to be a off ball defender which is his strong side. Mikal last year as a POS defender wasn’t good at all he’s too skinny but deuce is quick and could get through screens quicker. Starting deuce also gives more space for brusnkn and kat to operate on offneee and allows Mikal and Og to be great cutters. While the size and rebounding may be a concern I trust kat Og and Mikal to hold it down. I think Mike brown leans more into offense. Brusnon/deuce/mikal/og/kat and brogdan/ckarkson/hart/yabu/mitch and shamet as spot mins is a championship level roster that gives you a chance to win it all which includes kolek or dadiet getting traded and based off from what I’m hearing it’s dadiet but Kolek will be easier to trade and get off the books and he can’t play if brogdon is here I would rather keep dadiet as we have a lot of guards but idk regardless this team is a contender and clevand we coming

Start….. Brunson/Duece/Bridges/OG/Kat
Bench…. Brogdon/Clarkson/Hart/Yabusele/Mitch
3rd string… Shamet/Dadiet/McCullar/Diawara/Ariel
Doing it this way we have a true 5-out starting lineup. We now have a quick defensive guard to chase around picks the way Bridges could not. Bridges goes back to his natural position and with OG they both cause havoc in the passing lanes. Now coach Brown might not play 10 so I think what needs to happen is no back to backs for Mitch and Brogdon. Keeping them fresh for the playoffs. If there is an injury we still have deep 3rd string reserves. I wouldnt mind Coach trying different lineups and use the double big lineup situationally against bigger teams, also why not try smaller/faster lineups to see what they can do together. I would also hope coach tries to find out which combination goes well with Brunson. Either duece, clarkson or Brogdon would be interesting to see which pairing works the best. Nothing is set in stone yet and this is exciting for Knick fans. FINALLY!!!!
