If the contract had terms of service and Kawhi had presumably not provided any service why didn't Aspiration cancel the contract?
The NBA should dock us a 2nd rounder & call it a day.

The mental contortions you guys are doing are laughable. You have a higher burden of proof than any civil court and most criminal courts. Ballmer will skate because of his enormous wealth, but look for Lawrence Frank and Dennis Wong to fall on their swords.
