Meet Egor Demin, the 6-foot-9 Russian point guard who just might have the highest potential in the entire 2025 NBA draft. Yes, six-foot-nine point guard. He’s a power forward, running the offense like a floor general at the point.
Egor’s journey to the NBA is pretty cool – he’s moved around more than bad sleeper. He grew up in Moscow in a basketball family (where his dad was a professional player), honed his skills at a famed academy there, and by 16 he was so talented he got recruited to play for Real Madrid’s youth team in Spain. Egor’s game evolved and came to life by facing top international competition and learning the game the European way.

I think he has potential. Although they probably will shift him because they drafted 3 point guards and 4 guards.
I’ve watched lots of analysis from experts. He’s very flawed. Jump shot is all over the place, not physical, not smooth, easily defendable. Will struggle with physicality in the nba
