Tobin the GOAT
2:56 when that news initially dropped, somebody said “you can’t fire me, I QUIT” and couldn’t stop crying 😂
1. If Ben Simmons is on a vet minimum he doesn’t need to be fixed, for that $ what he does is fine.
2. Jaime definitely thought last season he was on a star trajectory instead of recognizing he only has the skill set to be a role player in today’s NBA. In the 90’s Jaime could have been a star
3. Jaime isn’t just competing with Pelle, he can also lose minutes to Fontecchio
He was definitely overconfident bc of his early NBA success. I'm sure his sophomore slump was a reality check, and he'll come back stronger and surprise the fanbase.
Can you stick to the title of your video????
Jaime looked overwhelmed last season he looked like he lost his love for basketball even hinting that there was to many games in the NBA which he had to get use to
Hello, I like your talks thank you. Is it possible to listen to you on Spotify?
Trade him Pat!!! 😊
I dont think people understand how much jimmy stuff affected certain players role etc and jaimie is one .Highsmith was one too.Jaimie was a role player for ucla from his rookie season that was part of why they picked him .I dont know why people compare pelle to jaimie because they are different players that even played different roles on theur college teams .Pelle is more if a guard but there isnt much guard minutes so he jas to play forward .Jaime is more of a forward .
When it comes to Jaime, just think of the narrative last year with all the Jimmy drama… a lot of people were saying that starting SF position was Jaime's. I think that is what put some pressure on him to try to do too much. If the roster stays as is with Wiggins as the starting SF, then Jaime can take a step back and play that back up 3 without so much pressure or motion that he needs to do more. For the record, look at the Indiana Pacers and how that coaching staff handles all of those guys who are very similar in height, build, and skill set. You can play both Jaime and Larsson together.
So why didn’t they trade him the heat see these things in their players so early but think they can change the player like captain save a hoe
Tobin you’re a better reporter than windy, and we all know you’re a show pony 😂😂. All windy reports are just random Twitter post he’s seen.
zoomers lol
I thought JJJ was gonna kill it last yr after seeing him during summer league
I watched Jaime at the Rico Hines runs this year. and he just doesn't look like an offensive threat. and his D just doesn't look to great either. Hope he plays better next year.
Idk about the whole dimeanor thing with Jaime but I do remember reports back then of the Heat not liking how Herro was acting like a star after his rookie season. Something about Herro "shouldn't accept any brand deals because he hasn't done anything in the league yet". Fans were complaining about Tyler during that time as well.
Now Jaime was doing WAYYYY more brand deals, commercials, & appearances than Tyler ever was yet no one berated or questioned Jaime like they did with Tyler back then.
Gotta realize his role changed in his 2nd year. He was in and out of the rotation. Had the Jimmy drama. That is his favorite player. He was kinda under his wing in his rookie season. Had a few commercials together. Jimmy was his mentor. If your in a slump your demeanor isn't going to be good. People handle things differently. He's talented and can be more free now that Jimmy is gone. Doesn't have to hear he's a Jimmy 2.0. He will get stronger mentally.
The thing that always worried me about Jamie early on was how much time he spent doing media shoots and the publicity he was getting, I think it went to his head a lot especially around butler, the only time I want to see him on social media is in the gym working on his game rn. He needs to focus on ball and nothing more otherwise he’s gonna wash out
To me all eyes are on bam if he starts bullshitting you trade him
I mean hell, he stunk all of last season
Absolutely nothing
video starts at 6:00 just yappin before this
