I 100% agree with Danny. Becoming an All-Star right after your recovery from a serious injury is NOT easy, that's why I keep saying that when you either play your first game right after your injury or play through your injury, you are not as good as you used to be prior to hurting yourself. Simple.
All I want Garland to do when he comes back is ramp up slowly to being 80% of what he was last year slightly after the allstar break. If so he has a chance to get back to 90 before playoffs which is all that matters.
