I’m more accepting of the Jersey styles than Sam. I just dislike there being a never ending stream of new Jerseys. It’s like the NBA refuses to stick with what works for any length of time.
If new styles of jerseys were seen less on court, changed every five years, and could grow in popularity over time, these could become signature looks. The way it is now it always looks like teams doing cosplay of other teams.
Lastly, i am fine with jerseys having no meaning, but the gold? No one thinks of gold when they think of the Celtics and this didn’t even come after the championship. I dunno. It’s just a massive rebranding like this seems to warrant a reason, rather than “it’s a random color that looks nice.”
Nike generally just sucks with the management of the jerseys.
Looks like a Boston College to me. Maybe the gold represents the State Building dome.

I agree with Sam I think if the jersey was black with gold lettering, it would be sick. Black is my favorite color for a jersey though.

Yawn. I, for one, don't need any variation in the jerseys, ever. The Green and White homes versus the Green and Black roads are perfect and iconic. Find something else to fuck up for your relentless grift.

I love these jerseys. These are great even without any green. I love the gold. If it was black it would’ve been even better but I still really like these.
