   I wouldn’t build too much of the offense centered around KAT. How he was used last season was just fine plus a little more post work. Too much may end with minor injuries and stuff like that. Last season it felt like he thumb and knee issue going on near the postseason.

   in order to WIN THE TITLE (NOT just make The Finals), WE NEED Karl Anthony-Towns to turn into (prime) Rasheed Wallace!

   meaning a 2way 6'11 dynamo! Bullying smaller guys on the block in the post and stroking wet 3s on bigger guys.
   …aaaaannnnnddd being a dominant defensive player that can guard his man, trap on a pNr switch, protect the paint, reject at the rim, and help anchor the defense — especially knowing he has OG, Bridges & Hart to help him on defense too.

   we need KAT to be the Portland Trailblazers version of Rasheed Wallace.
   Sheed is the guy the Knicks need to hire to help KAT …and all of their bigs (ie Yabusele, Mitchell Robinson and Hakuporti)

   I think that KAT can be used far more efficiently than he was last year. Unlike many of the other big guys in the league, he can play on the perimeter and closer to the rim. That means that he should be scoring in a greater variety of ways.

   That includes: knocking down 3 pointers, finishing on ally oops, finishing on pick n' rolls,

   What he should be doing now is working on: pivot moves, head fakes, spin moves, jab steps, passing faster out of double teams, standing in the mid range area / high post area then passing out to guys on the perimeter or passing back to guys at the rim, cutting to the rim for passes that lead to easy baskets on the run to avoid knocking guys down leading to foul trouble, passing from the perimeter to the center at the rim and more fancy footwork.

   The result will be more trips to the free throw line, less time sitting on the bench in foul trouble, easier scoring opportunities and probably a trip to the Finals. Not only that, it would be harder for players on opposing teams to defend him or take him out of the game.

   Mike Brown is a coach that knows how to create good sets on offense. I'm sure he'll come up with even more ways for KAT to score or have an impact on the game. If KAT can become a combination of Dirk Nowitzki and Anthony Davis in his youth…the Knicks will find themselves in the Finals.
