I'm gonna be charitable to AD and not trash talk him for this 😭 hoping his health is good, if not, next season is gonna be a disaster. Silver lining, at least Coop will get lots of NBA experience.
We are gonna have to be patient this season — with inconsistent AD and Kyrie not coming back for a long time, I see this as an off season, preparing for next year.
How are we gonna do anything serious this year with the state of this team minus AD and Kyrie, even as deep as the Mavs are?

Nice topic. We know Davis will get injured this upcoming season. How much of the season will he play is anyone's guess. But to think AD is our go to guy is to fail. Last season I watched AD bringing the ball up court and play ISO ball similar to Luka, slowing down our offense. If a player takes the majority of the shots, or feels he has to, then of course he will have the most points. That is not a winning formula. We need to utilize AD in small doses keeping him in the paint with other players shooting the 3's. Let the other Mav's carry the squad because we know they can. We can put a very fast-paced Mav's team on the floor, and I hope Kidd and company can figure that out quickly. The last thing we need is for our players to pass on shots to appease a high dollar player. Though we are fortunate to have a player like AD; to live and die by this guy would be a travesty. Look for Williams and Russell to push the ball this year. As far as Dante', well we can only hope to get 30 games out of him. As much as I love Exum, I wouldn't want him to take to many minutes away from Williams or Russell with his clumsy fabulous attack style. Go Mavs!!
This doesn't have me shook, i went completely dead inside when they traded luka away. they're not a serious franchise, so why should I pay attention. Why be a basketball fan when silver will just leverage teams to trade all their best players to the Lakers for dogshit soup and then go to press conferences talking about how they've always loved dogshit soup. And now youre saying dogshit soup is injured. I'll be watching hockey until Luka's Lakers deal runs out, then I'll follow him where ever he goes
