Lot of reasons to be excited if you’re a nuggets fan. Think it’s going to be them and the Thunder as the top two teams next season. I got OKC though!
Watson’s offensive game evolved and developed within his limitations on that end. He’s been trending this direction and it follows that this is likely to contribute.

One thing that isnt talked about enough is that the nuggets had DeAndre Joradan averaged 12 minuites per game in the playoffs last year. Lots of it was garbage time, but still, that not having to happen this year will be huge for the nuggets.
Game 5 vs Utah, Jamal took over when the team wanted to quit. Without bubble Jamal, I don't think the Nuggets ever believe enough to win a championship. Jamal is absolutely necessary. Remember the game-winning block vs the Lakers? We need Jamal to be Jamal.
Doubtful, because Cam Johnson and Co. is hardly much of an upgrade over MPJ and Russ. Even the Clippers arguably got a lot better over this off-season than Denver did; they filled every void they had and can now go 11-12 deep all season long, like few if any other squad can.
Denver mage great additions for bench
Took OKC to 7 games with two visibly injured starters… they got better in the off-season. OKC did not. They didn't go backwards, but just like Denver did the off-season after the Ring. Stand pat. Denver has all top 8 rotation players 100% healthy going into the pre-season. Never happened for Joker as a starter before. They win the West and the West wins the Ring. Denver gets Ring two.
