If Lakers can trade for Lauri Markkanen, and Herb Jones it’s over for the league. Lauri Markkanen and Ayton play the Paul Gasol and Andrew Bynum role. Herb Jones plays the Trevor Ariza’s role. Luka plays Kobe’s role. The rest is ice on the cake.
AR is the weak link in the starting lineup because of inconsistent shooting and traffic cone defense during the PLAYOFFS. Every Laker YouTuber except for you and Lakers Lounge say the truth about AR being a great regular season player and has been awful in the last two playoffs for us. He’s not helping when it matters most, and the playoffs is what matters most!
I think we have to develop a 2 way player because having a shooting guard like austin is important since lebron is leaving soon, maybe not austin exactly but id rather have austin develop a twoway player than trade all our assets to get herb and then were stuck with a roster than cant improve much more and in my opinion not a good defensive big and no secondary shot creator.
