My issue with Dick isn't his lack of any D turning him to Ick. Its his shooting. He is a confidence shooter and when the pressure is on he can't hit a barn from 2 feet away. Any buckets he makes are during garbage minutes.
OMG Dick sat out the entire end of the season because he blew out his knee standing around watching the play and had no instinct to protect himself from falling players. He shot avg at best and his D was non existent. How exactly could his season of gone worse ? 😀 Sooner we can include him in a trade the better.
Gradey is the future of the league.
Perhaps a huge season from Gradey will propel the Raptors at least to a play-in spot although Brandon Ingram will also need to be part of what makes the Raptors improve from a team that last regular season won 30 games to one that wins 40 or more.

But the biggest swing piece on a team full of swing pieces – is RJ. RJ can be the biggest piece and it looks like he’s been on it this summer – a right hand drive and 2 new outside shooting spots is his plan and if he does it – it could be nonsterous
