Enter in CJ McCollum, who took full advantage of his new opportunity to win the 2015-16 NBA Most Improved player award.
Playing in 80 games and helping the Blazers to the second round of the playoffs, McCollum averaged 20.8 points, 3.2 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.2 steals and 0.3 blocks while shooting 44.8% from the floor, 41.7% from deep and 82.7% from the free throw line.
