This signals to me that Kyrie might not come back this year or his return will be later.

BWill has a lot of upside. I think if anyone has to go, it has to be Hardy. That kid has already stopped improving, unfortunately. But this is a training camp contract, so DSJ might not even make the cut, especially based on his recent euro stint. He looked slow.

DSJ always did have a knack for making big plays..whether it was a timely block, steal, deflection, or bucket. But he's slower now so I dunno.

If Mavs can get 10+10+15 from the these 3 guards, Hardy, Williams, Russell, they should and I hope they would be okay till Kyrie is back. I think with Hardy he needs to be a spot up guy more who can put it on the floor if you attack him, not giving him the ball to make a play. I have noticed his 3 point shoot can be really good when in a rhythm.

I hear that DSJ was let go by Real Madrid due to him being out of shape and not having a good shot. So last year may have been a bust for him. I can't imagine he comes in and outplays Bwill. If he does, more power to em but i dont see it if he's out of shape.
