The greek freak is the goat 🎉🎉🎉🎉😊
Proud of giannis for his resilience and maturity.
He may not be a volume passer due to his own role on the court, but some of the most incredible passes I've seen have come from Giannis. The level of difficulty of getting passes out as the most double teamed player is being overlooked.
He's certainly not an all-time great passer, but he is a GREAT passer.
great achievement for GA and his family they did good in this tournament but that is as far they could have got ,taking into consideration the talent on the Greece roster .What Sengun said is not lie ,Ga can be a better passer through time and improved IQ
Ty Camille and Justin!!💚💙
6 of 13 still better that sengun 5 for 15
Interesting comparison of team construction between team GR and Bucks, but there is another factor besides basketball talent. Athleticism. Greece didn't have any outside of the bros. Bucks are better in that aspect. If they use that to be good defensively, Giannis can do a similar carry job.
When you are in the top 3 of a short but emotionally and athletically/physically exhausting tournament representing your nation/culture along with your long lasting friends and brothers, then you feel different. It's more important than getting a chip in a league that is great but is all about money and show at the end of the day. That's why we saw him play his 100% without any payment whatsoever. Bucks fans must understand that Greek team comes first. Same with Luka, same with Jokic and most international star players
Yeah that was a great pass by Giannis trying push Sengun and Osmani at the same time but when he figured he can't do it he tried to squeeze his head between the two then his arms and threw the ball to the perimeter just before he got called for three seconds. That was a great read. It was cinema. Too bad the Greek can't build an entire team around him to succeed and in this Eurobasket not enough players got injured to win gold LMFAO
Weird thought I’ve always had about tournament play 1 game finals like Eurobasket/Olympics it seems like it feels better to have a win result in bronze than a loss result in silver. Solely in terms of the in that moment celebrations/feelings.
I'm pretty sure Giannis deep down knows that winning an NBA chip is waaay bigger and harder than this but he had to say something like this, lets put it that way.
I don't want to feel ungrateful as a buck's. Fan, about this giannis? /grease situation, but I don't care about that. Is he healthy for the NBA campaign? Go bucks
bucks must hire Spanoulis as an assistant at least
26 points from turkie !!! Giannis are you o.k ??
When you born in Greece is always deferred from eny other nation , Greeks are very proud from there countrie grow up with blue sky, the sea, the islands with the older language in EU still using , the land of democracy, Theater, olymbics, astronomia, mathimatics, medicine, philosophy, the coultare ,.. and mythology still loved by milions word wire , then Giannis has a reason for he's passion about Greece
TAKE GIANNIS OUT OF THE BUCKS THEN THERE VERY VERY AVERAGE THE GREEK TEAM HAS HEAPS OF TALENT THEY HAVE HARDENED EURO LEAGUE PLAYERS GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT
WITHOUT GIANNIS BUCKS ARE AVERAGE
TURKEY WOULD CRUSH THE BUCKS
NO GREAT NBA PLAYERS WANT TO PLAY FOR THE BUCKS CAN U BLAME THEM GIANNIS SHOULD LEAVE
It's not for you to rank.
There's no reason to have sad/disappointed feelings about getting bronze instead of silver or gold, Justin. Look at how happy they all were
Giannis Antetokounmpo is very special – he's just one of the few people trying to give back to everyone who's helped his family. But it's his humbleness and downright goodness that, at least I belive, makes him so loveable. Greetings from Greece! Hope the Bucks continue to so well! (I grew up in Houston)
