Trading McBride or Dadiet to keep a never was like Shamet seems crazy.
We can’t keep everybody! Like you said, we have an enough young wing prospects to move on from Dadiet. Also, we shouldn’t underestimate the combo of Brogdon and Shamet coming off the bench, especially during the playoffs!

They should not be trading anyone. Between, Dadiet, Mcbride, TK, Shamet, and Brogdon, Brogdon should be out because of his injury history. Why get rid of any of your younger players who can really play, gives us youth and talent combined, have high potential, one being an MVP in the G-league and can handle the ball well (TK), one who is known to hit 3s and is 20 yrs old (Dadiet), one who has chemistry with the team and I believe was "reported" to have new offensive skills (Mcbride) and one who also has chemistry with the team and can hit the 3 and get into the paint, and has the fastest release I think I have ever seen (Shamet) for a player (Brogdon) who, unlike the other players mentioned, is not guaranteed to be there when we are really going to need him (DURING THE PLAYOFFS AND FINALS) because of his injury history?
I mean, I’m gonna be flexible with whatever move Leon Rose makes to make the roster great enough to win the nba championship, as long as it’s the right move. #trustLeonRose #letsGoKnicks
They may have a lot of young players, but I don't think any of them are as talented as Dadiet or TK.

Yes, having a backup guard with Brogdon's skill, talent, and experience makes the team way much better because the offense doesn't or won't sag when Brunson sits for a breather, and therefore continues to punish the opposing defense (which is why Hukaporti needs to learn how to play with his back to the basket so that our front court offense doesn't sag), but Brogdon's injury history is a big negative. The Knicks have been there before and it did not help.

So we trade our youth, get back picks, Both players to different degrees are injury prone on 1 year deals. Next season we draft players to be rotation players (in a few yrs), when Dadiet, Kolek could have been that.

When are they going to get minutes? Assuming the same starting lineup from last yr, mitch, McBride, Clarkson, and Yabuseli will all get some minutes. When are these guys going to play?
It crazy to trade away either Deuce, Daddier, or Kolek for Malcolm Brogdon. This guy played 63 gms in the last two yrs. And his stats dramatically drop off from all categories. The Knicks should be warry of him, I serioulsy doubt he'll finish training camp. We need young talent, how easily we forget how the Pacers beat us in the last 2 yrs in the playoffs.

Great content Troy, I would hate for the Knicks to part ways with Pacome. I would trade Mitch in a deal with the Celtics for Payton Prichard and Luca Garza. And maybe add Deuce to make the money work. In exchange, the Knicks would get a 6th man of the year winning PG and a young capable Center to add to the roster. LGK🔥💯
