  1. I'm noticing a lot of these Euro Dudes have a 16 year old…..12 years old In NY and New York.. Attitude of.. I'm Under 18, and I can't get arrested for anything mentality…..

  2. As a former Mavs fan, I’ve always believed Luka had another gear or two left in him. Before the trade, he wasn’t there yet and he plateaued for a while. But since landing with the Lakers, you can see it: post-eurobasket Luka is operating on a whole different level, getting closer to his true peak.

  3. what yall not understanding is kuminga dont wanna play for the warriors anymore
its not about the money, he can get paid next offseason as a free agent
plus he can choose where he want to play thatll be a better fit for him

  4. This dude average 34/10/9 while being so called "fat". I'd hate to see how he performs when his conditioning is at its peak level. That sounds scary.

  5. Whats being a grown up? Being a mindless cog in. The american war machine raising children in the suburbs. Your only value that which is superficial and based on wealth on a deteriorating planet. Environmentally, ethically, and geopolitical

  6. For all that still defend Luka:

Are you actually watching his games? He still, at the age of 25, has major flaws. Never in full shape, constant argueing with refs while distracting his teamates, not running back on D while argueing, not playing much D at all. He often was out of gas at end of games aswell, which didn`t help his interactions with the refs either, bc they were the ones to blame for everything of course..

Watch the game Germany – Slovenia at this Euros. If you don`t get pissed off by watching him, you are deaf, dumb and blind.

He is a basketball genius, no one is doubting this. I saw him playing with a Real youth team, witness his game live in the Euroleague and when winning the Euros being the best playing on Slovenia at the age of 18. He is an generational talent. But he needs to grow up, become a leader. 24/7 and specially when playing the game he loves.

He was the best version of himself, when he had strong leaders (Real Madrid) around him that checked him when necessary. Even in his first year with Dirk he was quite, in shape and played without screaming and acting like a toddler. When Dirk left, he should have been the leader of the team. But he became a cry baby instead.

If you want him to be great, do not defend his flaws. I hated the trade by Nico, never will forgive him for it. But maybe that was really the wake up call he needed.

  7. Luka played like a machine in eurobasket, i remember Pau gasol being so dominant in 2009 2015 but he had a good team around him

  8. Did Luka carry his team to a finals, yes. So did Lebron at a very young age. No one credits Lebron for that, they only tally it as another loss in the finals. Same standard for Luka. No excuses for his "fatness", I can completely understand why the Mavs let him go. If you're an owner locked into paying a player the supermax, expect him to at least be in shape. Last playoffs, losing in 5 games with home court in the first round was shameful and it was primarily on Luka. Putting up 34/10/9 is great and all but when you also lead the league in blow byes as a defender what are you actually accomplishing. Luka appears to be in.shape now, will he maintain it remains to be seen. If he does, puts up his numbers while not being the worst man to man defender in the league, he will likely win an MVP.
