Dante has been great! He has had a valuable learning experience when we were terrible and nobody really watching so when people start tuning in, he is going to be in his stride.. It's got to be a very hard job to do and learn – Gret episode guys!
Agreed Jonathan. The problem with the all star game is very simple but is not solvable with some gimmick. The reason dudes used to play hard is the vets and leaders set the tone. Rest of them guys followed suit. We all know the names, Magic, Bird, Michael, Kobe. They were leaders setting the example. The current crop of vet star “leaders” in the NBA now has established a culture of soft entitlement and we know those names too.. can’t wait for some new blood to come through and push them out. It’s the only way

Hearing Dante talk about his kids using the Magic as an excuse to stay up later and checking the score first thing in the morning brings me back to my childhood! I used to sneak out of bed and try to watch the game from around the corner, and when I couldn’t my dad would leave me a note with the final score outside my bedroom door. Although I didn’t have an Alexa to ask I miss those days 😂😂

I completely agree on how balanced our announcers are. They do such a great job. When I'm forced to watch other broadcasts EX. New Orleans Pelicans… Its almost unbearable to watch/ listen to the game lol.
My fix for the All Star game is give everyone on the winning team 3 All-NBA votes. That affects their bag which is what they care about. If they complain too bad, play harder
