I think the Rockets will still be a top 2-3 team in the west with their offense being initiated through Sengun as their primary facilitator
*Forgot to mention with the Van Fleet injury that will give more of the point guard responsibilities to Reed Sheppard and Amen Thompson throughout the season.
They'll give him a 1 year deal. Then again, quickly do a sign and trade with Grimes to Houston.
Quentin Grimes is not a point guard so if I'm Houston, he's not the first player that comes to mind as a replacement.

My preference is we sign Grimes to a multi-year deal either t o grow with the team or become a trade chip later and given the VanVleet news it just gives all parties a plausible avenue if indeed a trade is optimal for all parties… All I know is if I were the Rockets and just signed KD basically I was "ALL-IN" and will do whatever it takes to keep the window open in light of this injury… And Grimes on top of being a hometown kid will fill their guard needs so this might be way for all parties to move forward!!!
Any malcontent should be traded at the first issue. Sixers have had 10 years of weasels. Enough.

Why the worry about Grimes? Does anyone believe he is more valuable than #77 or #20?
Morey needs to stay firm regarding Grimes. Do not pay Grimes huge dollars since he's not as valuable as #77 and #20.
Grimes is literally not under contract, so he will not be showing up until he’s under contract. And the one year offer is not anywhere close to a good option for the Sixers.
Take your money because injury can happen at anytime. Trust they going trade him at all star break because vj is coming.
If a player signs the Q.O., he is ineligible to be traded for the coming season.
Im not really worried about Grimes. Don't even think we need him for the future if our young guards stay healthy
I just want dude to take the 1 year option and move on. Chances are hes a role player and doesn't get the stats to receive 25mil a year in free agency next off-season anyways
