  1. One of the points that Pablo has had difficulty in bringing across is the idea that Ballmer can be two things at the same time: While he was sneaking millions to Aspiration in order to pay KL under the table, he was getting scammed at the same time. The ultimate problem was that Ballmer needed a partner shady enough to allow his cap avoidance but not too shady that they'd burn through all their money and need additional infusions to keep KL paid as the company fell apart.

  2. Clippers fans have to let it play out. There is going to be a thorough investigation. Even more through than Pablo's investigation. Wait and see what the investigators uncover. But i agree with Bomani Jones who is Pablo Torre former cohost. The biggest outcry against the clippers scandal isnt coming from other teams or fans. It's NBA writers who are focusing on this case as it were an NBA trade rumor. Luckily for the Clippers, the opinions of NBA writers mean much less than the opinions of other NBA owners and fans.

  3. Dear God help it get to where I wound up getting a place through main Street housing and either this year or next year or in the year 2027 or in the year 2028 or in the year 2029

  4. To me, After the initial comments, Mark Cuban defense of the Clippers is more through a competitive drive against Pablo, more than defending the organization.

  5. Just to be clear, not all the information has been made public. What Pablo has disclosed in just the tip of the iceberg. The attorneys investigating this have a road map from Pablo Torre who to interview, what documents to examine. They will find a LOT more details because Aspiration employees are anxious to tell the inside story. They are furious because their company was driven into bankruptcy by fraud, and they either had to quit or were fired. They're leaking everything! Mark Cuban defense is utterly worthless. He represents a minority of richer owners who don't want the new CBA to work. The majority of the owners are seriously angry and want the Clippers to be hammered with sanctions! There is simply NO way to say that this deal was legit! If it was Aspiration would have PUBLICIZED the Kawhi endorsement. What kind of endorsement deal is kept totally secret?! A crooked one! That's what!

  6. And yet Kawhi was still owed $7 million??? If Ballmer had a special deal with Sanberg to pay Kawhi and Ballmer was the company's ONLY investor, wouldn't Sanberg want to keep Ballmer happy by fulfilling that supposed deal of paying Kawhi? Why would they risk upsetting Ballmer by not fulfilling the supposed circumvention Kawhi deal over $7 million???

  7. What’s funny is Cuban is dry snitching but acting like he’s team Balmer. He’s screwing yall in the open 😂😂😂

  8. If this Pablo guy is that great at journalism, I would like for him to switch into the political world and find what was Musk real goal in his time in the White House, I really want to know if he erased all the proof of the stolen election.

  9. This Pablo guy is either stupid or malicious. There's no way he's using shit like transaction dates in his argument when it's obvious those dates should line up. His entire case hinges on mob mentality and witch hunt mentality. Straight up scaping the bottom of the barrel here to get that extra little bit of relevance.

  10. Voiding Kawhis contract would expedite a long cleansing of this franchise. Hope Ty and L Frank go too. Silver needs to take some sort of action. Can't have this looming with the season starting soon.

  11. Mark Cuban is puking shite, all these technical twists and jargons to run cover for Ballmer. Those stuff have NOTHING TO DO with WHY they paid Kawhi 48 mil. Ballmer WASN'T Duped, he KNEW exactly what was happening, he continued to do it UNTIL he no longer can, as the company had to declare bankruptcy, in too deep and Ballmer couldn't do anything to save that. AND the ONLY reason why this story broke out WAS NOT about Ballmer, Clippers, Kawhi, Aspiration. It broke out because Pablo Torre looked into the Bankruptcy as it was tied to a Federal Investigation, AND FINDING this scheme. Cuban is using whatever technical legal, gibberish to explain away "what could've happened" BS. Those explanations have nothing to do with WHY Kawhi was paid 50 million for doing nothing.
