Indiana Pacers Fantasy Basketball Preview: Siakam, Nembhard & Mathurin Without Haliburton
Enter the LOCKED ON FANTASY BASKETBALL BOWL HERE https://linktr.ee/LOFBBowl
The Indiana Pacers’ fantasy outlook has been turned upside down with Tyrese Haliburton ruled out for the season due to an Achilles injury. Without their star guard, the offense now shifts dramatically, creating new opportunities — and new risks — across the roster.
Josh Lloyd breaks down what Haliburton’s absence means for Pascal Siakam’s usage, Andrew Nembhard’s expanded role, and Bennedict Mathurin’s chance to break out. He also looks at the messy center rotation with James Wiseman, Isaiah Jackson, and Jay Huff, and highlights which Pacers could become fantasy sleepers or traps on ESPN, Yahoo, and Fantrax.
Get the full breakdown on how to approach drafting (or avoiding) Indiana players this season.

Why wouldn’t Isaiah Jackson get the starting nod?
My main question is that if Huff is the starting center, and doesn't really get rebounds, who on that team is mainly benefiting from those free boards ?
Usage Rate only measures who has the ball when the play ends, so Haliburton's is lowered by the amount he creates for others and lowered again by his low number of turnovers. Very flawed stat when both of those things are good. Haliburton averaged 93.4 Touches Per Game (2nd to Jokic) and was 16th in Time of Possession right behind Giannis and Edwards.
