The Lakers should focus now on Luka and build around him. It is not a good idea to give LeBron a huge contract, if he still wants to play until his 2nd son play in the NBA let him leave and play elsewhere.

This is all manufactered drama. No one has played this well for this long. I think if he feels he can compete for a title and is still feeling good he'll stay. If he has any major injury would he want to try to come back? The mindset of 30 year old is different than 40 year old he has done more than anyone in the game. Basically every year forward from now one is one year at a time. Maybe he does a Brady and plays to 46.
Why media tries to make a big deal about LeBron NOT being the main focus of the Lakers is exactly what Levron wanted when we signed AD. AD was supposed to carry the torch but couldn’t. Luka is ready and I’m sure levron is happy to not carry the load.
Umm this can’t be a serious question. AD was the better star player already for the previous 5 years. Luka is the reason the lakers got the seed they had last year with him leading in almost every stat during that time. Luka was a slow defender, lebron is a no defender.
Get rid of Lebron while we still can. Im sire it wil help another cities moral and economic aspects for a year or so. But for LA we need to move on.
