Knicks Could TRADE Pacôme Dadiet To Keep Brogdon & Shamet?!
The latest NBA rumors suggest the Knicks might be making moves, but what does it all mean for the New York Knicks? Stay updated with the latest Knicks news and rumors as the team navigates potential changes. Keep up with Knicks news today!
The New York Knicks might be forced to make a tough roster decision before the season even begins. With Shams reporting Malcolm Brogdon is expected to play a key role as the backup floor general, and Landry Shamet is also in line to make the roster, the front office may have no choice but to trade one of their young prospects.
According to James Edwards, the name teams around the league keep mentioning is 20-year-old Pacôme Dadiet. His age, size, and upside give him more trade value than Tyler Kolek or Ariel Hukporti, making him the most likely candidate to be moved if the Knicks want to keep both Brogdon and Shamet.
Would the Knicks really give up on Dadiet so soon? Or is this just the reality of building a win-now roster around Jalen Brunson, OG Anunoby, Mikal Bridges, and Karl-Anthony Towns?

Would you SACRIFICE 20 year old Pacome in order to maximize championship odds this season?! 🧐
Pacome being traded would be silly, it's a media smokescreen to me. I predict deuce or Kolek being traded to keep Sham & Brog.
Nah not by a long shot, i wouldn’t trade pacome. Pacome got way too much potential and the knicks brought mike brown in and other coaches for player development. I don’t see the knicks trading pacome but would not be surprised if the move is pulled off anyway.
Hell no I want keep him
I Hate Leon Rose. Stop
Paying Homage to THIBS by keeping Shamet. Open your damn eyes you don’t trade Dadiet
I wouldn't move Dadiet to keep either or both of them, especially with Josh Hart having difficulty with his hand. If someone has to be moved, it should be Kolek.
Terrible move. Brogdon and Shamet are both 6'4 and Pacome is 6'8, on a team already lacking height desperately. Beyond that, the biggest problem for the Knicks last season was younger and more athletic teams, which Pacome Dadiet can help bring to the team, and Brogdon and Landry Shamet most certainly do not. Brogdon's statistics last year were garbage AND he's constantly injured. Literally zero advantage from a pure basketball perspective.
Either Tyler or no deal.
Dadiet is 🗑️ DO IT!!
It's not a good idea for them to trade the Rookie, yes keep one of the veteran players, keep one of them just don't trade the Rookie that is dumb keep the Rookie.
