The happiest man in Memphis right now is Ryan Saunders because he knows this European coach who was terrible last season when filling in as head coach is still terrible and this B.S. system is not gonna work in the NBA. After 20 games when the Grizzlies are 10 games below .500, Zach Kleiman will be fired as GM and replaced by Tayshun Prince and Isola will be fired as head coach and replaced by Ryan Saunders.
